Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The PM plays a critical role in driving projects forward by facilitating Agile ceremonies, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and business objectives.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and Focus: Use prioritization frameworks to focus on critical tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Support the Head of Software Development: Assist in strategic planning, product roadmap development, and overall department management as needed.
