  • Customer-oriented and friendly.
  • Experience in Help Desk and/or HoReCa is a plus.
  • Driver’s license category B.

Job Description:

  • Implement software solutions remotely and on-site.
  • Provide online, phone, and on-site service interventions.
  • Resolve client incidents.
  • Continuously update client data in the database.
  • Periodically update sold software.
  • Maintain client hardware equipment.
