Customer Support Specialist F&B (Food&Beverage)
Ideal Candidate:
- Solid knowledge of hardware and Windows operating systems, and MS Office.
- Understanding of basic accounting.
- Graduate or final year student in a technical field.
- Adaptable and stress-resistant.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Effective team collaboration.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Experience in Help Desk and/or HoReCa is a plus.
- Driver’s license category B.
Job Description:
- Implement software solutions remotely and on-site.
- Provide online, phone, and on-site service interventions.
- Resolve client incidents.
- Continuously update client data in the database.
- Periodically update sold software.
- Maintain client hardware equipment.
